Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is an important framework for IT Service Management. The IT and Business integration is achieved in ITIL through its Service Lifecycle framework. The IT service Lifecycle as suggested by ITIL has five stages; Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. These five stages in-turn got 27 processes to support.

The certification process of ITIL starts with foundation Level followed by expert level. There are total 11 certifications in combination to achieve the goal of ITIL V3 Expert. We provide training and certification through Qlogy Management Services, Pune.
